My Crybaby Sister Always Wants to Keep Me to Herself

When Yan Xi was ten, a little girl moved in next door. She cried at the drop of a hat, her face covered in snot bubbles, and tugged on Yan Xi's clothes, calling, "Big sister, pick me up."

Little Yan Xi paused, then reached out.

From then on, this clingy little thing became a constant part of her childhood.

Pei Shuyu grew into a beautiful young woman, and some rowdy older students cornered her on the road to confess their feelings.

Yan Xi coldly rebuked them and shielded her. One of the boys whistled at her flippantly. "Who would've thought, big sister? You've got quite a figure."

Pei Shuyu's hand was squeezed red, and Yan Xi fussed over her, trying to comfort her again and again.

The next day, Yan Xi waited an extra ten minutes at the school gate before Pei Shuyu finally came out.

"Did the teacher keep you after class today?"

"Yeah." Pei Shuyu pouted, looking aggrieved. "I couldn't do the math problems... I need you to teach me, big sister."

Yan Xi nodded without thinking. "Okay, I'll take a look when we get home."

Pei Shuyu smiled sweetly and hugged her arm. "Mm-hmm! You're the best, big sister!"

What Yan Xi didn't know was that the perfect-score exam the teacher explained in the final math class had been taken by a student named Pei Shuyu.

She also had no idea that, in the brief ten minutes after school, the arrogant older students had been beaten black and blue and locked in the equipment room.

Pei Shuyu had a locked photo album.

Every single picture inside was of Yan Xi.

Young and awkward, grown-up and curvy, smiling, quiet. Yan Xi holding her hand as they crossed the street, Yan Xi concentrating as she designed jewelry at her workbench, Yan Xi taking off her robe in the bathroom.

She's all mine.

Big sister can only ever belong to me.
