Zhu Yingtai has been seeing the same man in her dreams again and again.
In her dreams, the general wears fine brocade and jade armor. He is young and accomplished, yet utterly alone, his heart as cold as ashes.
She hears that he deeply loved his wife, but on the day they were to be married, she abandoned him and died for another man.
From then on, the general is cold to the bone. He sinks into grief and falls ill, but never remarries.
Zhu Yingtai secretly falls for the man in her dreams. She pities him and feels his pain as her own, wishing every day that she could go to sleep and see him again.
But just a few days before she is to attend the academy, the general is gravely wounded in her dream. Coughing up blood, he clutches his wife's keepsake and dies in sorrow. Zhu Yingtai wakes with her heart torn apart. She cannot tell night from day, but she can no longer dream of him.
She disguises herself as a man and goes to study on the mountain, never expecting to meet a young man who looks exactly like the general.
She hears his name is Ma Wencai, the son of the prefect of Hangzhou. His arrogance is overbearing and repulsive.
The petty people flatter him to his face and betray him behind his back, while the upright ones keep their distance.
Only she knows he is covered in wounds, hiding them behind a brave front.
*
In his previous life, Ma Wencai loved Zhu Yingtai without hope, driving her and Liang Shanbo to die together. In the end, he died in sorrow.
Reborn, he thinks of Zhu Yingtai's leap and finally learns to let go.
But...
Was Zhu Yingtai really that kind to him in their previous life?
*
Zhu Yingtai hates the Madam Ma who caused the general to die in sorrow.
But who could have guessed?
She is the Madam Ma who abandoned her husband and died for love?!!
Zhu Yingtai: So, do you still love me?
Ma Wencai: I do.
You are the deepest scar on my body, a pain I gladly bear.
The full text is being revised gradually.
Theme: Even when all seems lost, life finds a way. Light will find its way into the darkness.
I would like to ask, has the outline not been changed or has the Jinjiang number been changed? You won't wear Butterfly Lovers, right?
When will Yingtai know that the current Ma Wencai is the reborn general?
What Yingtai likes is the general, Ma Wencai, who has smoothed his edges after many years but is still unruly. What Ma Wencai likes is also Zhu Yingtai, who has always been unique! Although the one who gets emotional first loses, at least in this life, they can have a perfect ending.
Big, update soon, nice looking
It's too short, not satisfying, and the general doesn't appear.
So, loving her, understanding her and being good to her are basic operations. Has Qin Jingsheng started sleepwalking? I really want to see Yingtai and Wencai teach the scum a lesson together.
