"People with golden eyes are born with the ability to restrain evil spirits."
"People with golden eyes are born to be a feast for evil spirits."
If golden-eyed children are raised well, they can surely protect their communities and keep them safe. But some ignorant people willingly offer these children as sacrifices to evil spirits, hoping to buy a brief moment of peace and wealth soaked in blood.
Liang is this generation's golden-eyed child. He wandered with his mother for a long time. Life was hard, but he was content just to have her by his side. Yet the curses and demons that kept appearing eventually drove the frail woman mad. His mother personally sent him back to that gilded cage, where he was shut away in a splendid mansion. Apart from the servants who brought his meals and helped him wash, no one spoke to the sacrifice condemned to die. He was alive, yet seemed already dead: remembered by no one, sought out by no one. Though born into this world, he had no ties to it.
Until one day, another golden-eyed child appeared.
A child who had drifted outside this world finally formed a bond with someone in it.
*
Lang is the finest heir of his generation. From the moment he was born, he was kept in luxury inside a splendid mansion, studying and practicing swordsmanship day after day.
No one would chat, joke, or play with the noble legitimate son. The Mistress of the House punished them harshly, and punished Lang even more harshly.
Then, at the age of nine, a sudden high fever turned Lang into a golden-eyed child. He was locked in the courtyard where the sacrifices were kept, stripped of his status, position, and wealth. Everyone laughed at his fall, mocking how he had gone from heir to a miserable heap of mud. But he didn't care. He was glad to have become a sacrifice. It was the luckiest moment of his life: there, he found his light.
"In this filthy world, you are my only light."
He abandoned the cage called "family" and resolutely stepped into a world that was far from kind. With you by my side, even the worst hell would be a pleasure.
After years of plotting, the two finally turned the curse that sought to devour them back on itself on the day of their sacrifice. Somehow, they ended up in the Demon Slayer Corps.
The two children who had drifted outside this world were taught to love life by the fiery Kyojuro Rengoku, who kept knocking some sense into them as they grew up the hard way.
If you call me your big brother, I won't let you die before the sun comes up. With big brother here, I won't let anyone fade away before sunlight blankets the earth.
After somehow joining the Demon Slayer Corps and finally learning Breathing Styles under Kyojuro Rengoku's relentless beatings, the two somehow transmigrated through time after the final battle. They were picked up by sorcerers and became two of Jujutsu High's problem children.
Their daily lives changed from killing demons, dating, and practicing swordsmanship to exorcising curses, dating, and practicing swordsmanship.
Doesn't seem all that different, does it?
No... Actually, maybe there is a little difference.
People from another world formed bonds with people in this one. Those bonds grew, and the chain of repeated cycles was broken by one unexpected change after another. The course of fate was rewritten. A friend who had set out alone on a path of certain death, driven by a great cause, was kicked back onto the road to life by his closest friends, one punch and one kick at a time. In every era, the youth of young people should never be shrouded in gloom.
All five members of their school friend group become teachers at Jujutsu High!
18-year-old Gojo: Huh? Like hell I need to team up with you two gay guys.
28-year-old Gojo: So I'm the gay one after all :)
Suguru Geto: There's a gay guy right beside me... Wait, I'm the gay one after all!!!
Shoko Ieiri: :) I seriously can't with you bunch of gays.
Hanatani Hakuro (seme) x Hanatani Hakuryo (uke)
Warnings: They are not blood-related!! Not related by blood at all!! No blood relation!
The uke may appear in women's clothing.
Yuji was sent back from the future by the protagonist, so this is a Gojo x Yuji story with an upperclassman-underclassman dynamic during their Jujutsu High days!
Sacrifice is necessary, but in fanfiction, everyone deserves a happy ending!
The characters belong to jjxx; any OOC characterization is mine. Sukuna is extremely OOC! (Because he's a benevolent grandpa.) The story mainly takes place during Gojo's time at Jujutsu High.
Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen get equal attention (Demon Slayer takes up about half the story).
My take on Sukuna (he already has a CP).
A crossover with The Strongest Sorcerer Is My Father, and I'm a Special Grade Cursed Spirit. You don't need to read it to follow this story; Sukuna's CP is in that one. (But the writing is very amateurish and riddled with typos that I'm too lazy to fix, so read at your own risk. Of course, the writing here isn't great either.)
This is self-indulgent fic written for my own enjoyment, so please don't bash it.
If you're strict about ships, don't reverse or break up the CP.
Please don't post comments attacking any of the characters.
For various reasons, the protagonist is a little obsessive. He's not a completely good person, just a well-behaved kid with a few issues, raised by Kyojuro!
P.S. The protagonist's values don't necessarily reflect the author's.
Theme: The ending has to bring everyone together, happy and whole!
Why is there only the second chapter and Jinjiang is twitching again?
