[Demon Slayer] Chongming

"Flowers fall from their branches, rain keeps pouring, fires gradually die out, and pain follows when people are hurt.

Happiness takes a long time to build, but one immense sorrow can destroy it in an instant, without reason or meaning."

Ming Xiyue arrived in an unfamiliar world.

Someone saved her, but she was dazed and confused, like a doll without a heart.

That is, until one day she met her younger brother, who was just as bewildered, had only just transmigrated and still hadn't gotten his bearings, and had even been turned into a demon.

Ming Xiyue: "..." Oh, great.

Suddenly, she felt an urgent desire to hack that despicable Demon King to pieces.

Ming Zanyu arrived in an unfamiliar era.

Then he watched his sister, who couldn't even unscrew a bottle cap, got out of breath after walking a few steps, and had always been delicate and frail, pick up a sword and decisively chop off a demon's head.

Before the boy could even react with a shocked.jpg, he realized that he himself had probably, possibly, maybe been turned into a demon!

Ming Zanyu: "..." Oh no, is my sister going to kill me for the greater good?

How can I keep my head under a Nichirin Blade? Asking online, please help, it's urgent.

Ming Zanyu has always thought his sister paid to drop the difficulty from Hard to Easy from the start.

Ming Xiyue has always believed her younger brother is the chosen one, a walking cheat code.

○ Two original characters. They are Chinese exchange students who transmigrated from the official Demon Slayer Academy AU into the Taisho era. The story switches between the siblings' points of view. Since they have different personalities, the main story will have two wildly contrasting styles, almost like split personalities.

○ An everyone-survives IF, with golden fingers, and they're very powerful. Both siblings have them. If that's not your thing, click away. No hard feelings.

○ Lots of author-created details. No, a whole lot. The original story moves pretty quickly, so the timeline has been extended accordingly. There will be plot holes, and out-of-character moments are unavoidable. Please be gentle.

○ The older sister's love interest is more or less decided: Zenitsu. The younger brother isn't looking for a love interest for now, but matchmakers, Yuelao, and Cupids are welcome in the comments. This is a romance story, underline that! I'm a straight-romance fan and don't read BL, sorry.

○ Updates whenever inspiration strikes. Finishing depends on fate.

○ If the premise resembles another story, then you copied me.

○ Blurb BGM: Astronomical - Svrcina
