This is actually an old story, one I never posted before. I originally planned to include it in a doujinshi, but there wasn't enough funding, so I asked to have it withdrawn.
The pairing is purely Takasugi and Katsura. I've always wanted to write the Takasugi and Katsura story as I truly understand it, but I've never managed to finish one. I suppose including too much of my own feelings isn't a good thing.

Takasugi in the original work and Takasugi in fanfiction are different. We're not saints, just ordinary people. We can only look superficially at things, not see them fully and clearly. The opening is always plain and uneventful. I hope you'll like it.
