My father is the county magistrate, the highest-ranking official in the whole county!
Feng Ge'er is seven years old!
Let me introduce everyone:
Her father: handsome and dashing, exceptionally talented; once the heir to a prominent family; a palace examination graduate; now a low-ranking ninth-grade official, Magistrate of Pu County; Ji Chong, age twenty-five.
Her mother: once the most beautiful woman in the capital; said to be scheming and to have deliberately seduced the promising scholar Ji, making people still grind their teeth in resentment; shortsighted and untalented; Du Furong, daughter of a sixth-grade official, age twenty-five.
And that's not all...
Her mother's older sister is an imperial consort!
Her father's father is a high-ranking official!
Feng Ge'er may only be seven, but she's already engaged to the son of a prince.
It was even arranged through the fashionable betrothal made before birth.
But she heard he's ugly.
Little beauty Feng Ge'er is a sucker for good looks and doesn't want to like him.
P.S.
