Cecily was born in the Crystal Cave, the birthplace of magic. She was born with the ability to foresee the future, but no one would believe her, so Merlin brought her back as his little apprentice.
She died in the Battle of Camlann while protecting her teacher and King Arthur. The next moment, she landed in the home of a doctor thousands of years in the future.
The sharp-tongued, arrogant genius with the long face, Strange, made an unhappy wish upon the stars after being isolated by his peers yet again.
He was tired of being alone.
He wanted a little sister.
He would share all the best things in the world with her.
Crash! A blonde little girl fell unconscious right in front of him.
Later, the meticulous Mr. Long Face stood firm on his principles as a medical doctor. Faced with the little witch's many wondrous feats using magic and prophecy, he could always force a scientific explanation onto them.
Stephen: Magic is merely a physical energy that has yet to be explained. As for your theory of prophecy, it's actually the convergence of different dimensional worldlines in quantum mechanics, blah blah blah...
Little Witch: Hesitates to speak.
Big brother, do you know you'll end up going down this road too?!
Cecily: There are two prophets in our family.
No one believes my prophecies.
And my brother, even though he can see 14,000,605 possible futures, never gives anything away.

To prove that her prophecies were real, Cecily racked her brains:
Cecily: I predict that your family is listening in on our conversation.
Some Little Robin (coldly): Oh, do we need a prediction for that?
Some Red Robin (coldly): Oh, do we need a prediction for that?
The Curly-Haired Detective (coldly): Oh, do we need a prediction for that?
Cecily: That cover model you brought home will break up with you tonight and run into Wayne's arms.
Red-and-Gold Iron Can: ??? No way, right???
Cecily: You have the same soft red cape as my brother, so you're just as doomed to be alone.
Blond Hammer God: ???
Some Little Reporter: ???
Red-Haired Witch: But I'm not even wearing a cape???
