Far away in the stars lies a planet called Prison Star, barren and desolate.
Xia Qiqi is twenty-two years old and runs an orphanage on Prison Star. The planet is dirt poor, so to feed the innocent children in her care, she learned a skill from ancient books: livestreaming.
Prison Star is mostly bare rock, with plenty of mining pits. Xia Qiqi took an unconventional path and began livestreaming her mining work.
Xia Qiqi: "Hello, everyone! I'm Xia Qiqi, and this is Mine No. 388 on Prison Star. Today I'll show you how to mine."
With that, Xia Qiqi drove her small mining machine into the tunnel. Strangely, a diamond-like light shone deep in the dark mine.
Viewer A: What is that? A paranormal phenomenon?
Viewer B: Wait, it looks familiar.
Top supporter, after sending a tip: I'll buy the whole mine. Check your deliveries.
Only after ending the stream did Xia Qiqi discover that it was an ultra-rare mineral needed for faster-than-light spaceships, found on fewer than three planets in the entire star system! Just like that, she became rich overnight and turned into the star system's most popular person. Everyone looked forward to her next stream.
As for the top supporter's delivery, rumor had it that it was a special humanoid AI butler, the kind who could even reveal his true identity.
Gu Heng's perspective:
I bought the mineral and got myself a wife while watching the livestream. What a deal.
The bold and cool Xia Qiqi x a younger, devoted dog of a male lead, Gu Heng, who keeps teetering on the verge of having his true identity exposed
A feel-good interstellar story, mainly about farming, infrastructure, and romance. Most of the setting is original.
Theme: Harmony and friendship
