They say it's a forbidden place in Hong Kong City, and everyone who lives here is haunted by evil spirits and doomed to die horribly.
You don't think so.
Every day, you deal with the petty problems of your troublesome tenants.
You listen to a female tenant vent and curse out her scummy boyfriend with her.
You scoop your tenants' cats' litter, scoop it, and scoop it again, sneaking in a petting session while you're at it.
A young couple insists on jumping off the building, so you help their parents call the police and receive a few fruit baskets from them as thanks.
And so on.
Wei Lan's tenants discovered that she actually had a serious cognitive impairment.
For example, she'd dig a murderer's carefully hidden corpse out of the refrigerator and chatter away to it.
For example, she'd play hide-and-seek with a bunch of little ghosts, then pet them until they meowed.
For example, she'd earnestly urge a young couple who'd been dead for months to go back to school, persuading them to study hard while their classmates cried and screamed...
In short, the tenants were terrified of her.
But at some point, everyone in the whole building, whether human, ghost, or some other kind of demon or monster, began to gather around Wei Lan.
Though they'd once been strangers, they came to follow and adore her.
