Otsutsuki Ritsu was a descendant of the Sage of Six Paths. Because he looked so much like his grandmother, everyone feared and ostracized him. His younger brothers carried on the family's feuds, fighting each other tooth and nail, so Ritsu decided to get away from it all and travel.
One day, he returned to his homeland, only to learn that the Ninja Order was gone. While clearing his head by the Nanga River, he spotted two familiar children skipping stones.
That made things even worse.
