Mr. Mecha, Let's Dance Together

Blurb:

1.

The little boy Yangyang's omega dad tells him a bedtime story.

The story's main character is a mecha engineer who owns an incredible, one-of-a-kind biological mecha, the only one in the world.

He pilots it into the depths of space to search for his beloved.

In the story, the mecha engineer is Chang Ming, his omega dad, and the engineer's beloved, Shao Tinglan, is his alpha dad.

Waaah! What about Mr. Mecha? What's his name?

2.

At eighteen, Chang Ming had nowhere else to turn, so he entered the matching program and was paired with Shao Tinglan.

At twenty-one, Chang Ming had only just learned that the beloved he could never have had gone to the depths of space.

At twenty-four, Chang Ming decided to pilot a mecha into the depths of space and search for his beloved.

He had no powerful family backing him, no extraordinary abilities, and no experience to speak of. All he had was a talking mecha.

3.

Before the journey was even halfway over, Chang Ming realized that Mr. Mecha seemed to have spoiled him rotten.

Whenever something happened, his first response was to ask Mr. Mecha, "What should we do?"

Mr. Mecha could talk, but he had no hands. Yet whenever Chang Ming was sad, he would say, "I can't hug you, but if you're tired, you can lean on me and rest for a while."

When Chang Ming wanted to fly farther into space, even though he knew the dangers ahead would only grow, Mr. Mecha would simply say, "Then let's go."

With Mr. Mecha by his side, Chang Ming always felt as though his beloved, the one he could never have, had never truly been far away.

A few notes:

1. Um... It's fairytale-like, with a mix of all sorts of elements, like interstellar modification, biological weapons, pirates, and Zerg. Please go easy on me.

2. The one who wakes Sleeping Beauty with a kiss might be her beloved's pheromones, not just a prince's.

Theme: A lifetime of gentle companionship.
