As an admiral candidate, Xifa grew up receiving plenty of affection from Garp's "Iron Fist." At just twenty-four, he successfully rose to the rank of admiral at Marine Headquarters, becoming the youngest admiral in Marine history.
After the Summit War, his mentor Garp stepped back from the front lines. Xifa had never liked the Marines' way of doing things, and after Akainu took power, he too began to consider leaving.
Unfortunately, Akainu refused to let him go. Xifa had no choice but to accompany his mentor in training the Marines. He dragged his feet for over a year, then slipped off to vacation on Fish-Man Island before Akainu lost patience and came to drag him back.
But who knew that ten thousand meters beneath the sea, besides Fish-Man Island, there would be a whirlpool leading to another world...
Xifa: ...What a pain. Whatever, at least I never ate a Devil Fruit.
He believes in justice that takes everything in stride.
Warnings:
1. The protagonist is probably pretty laid-back throughout. Though he has an admiral's strength, he likely won't get into very serious fights.
2. The protagonist is extremely, extremely handsome.
3. There may be some unrequited feelings, but there will be no pairing in the end. (There may or may not be extra stories.)
Theme: Retired justice is still justice.
