The previous version didn't make much sense, so I've changed the outline. The names and top/bottom pairings are unchanged. It's set in an alternate Republic of China, and the content is fictional. If you don't know your history, don't come in (actually, my history isn't great either). A Republican-era spy x a masterful, brilliant detective. Uh, that's it! I only glanced at the outline, so it probably won't be that angsty (maybe). After all, you can't trust a word I say. Let's start with something (I'm not telling you), and kick things off with a bang. Creating stories isn't easy, so please don't flame me.
