Thank You, I Love You

After dying, a doctor wanders the world for hundreds of years for reasons unknown, visiting every country. When she returns to her own grave, she falls straight asleep. Upon waking, she discovers she may have transmigrated to a parallel world and become a world-class doctor, with a younger brother who's a total siscon. But after centuries of wandering, she's no longer the person she used to be. She lives without desire or need.
