No One Gets to Call Body Cultivators Crude

Qin Zhen is a cultivator from Feiting Peak, the second disciple of Perfected Feiqing. He barely managed to establish his foundation and made no further progress on the path of cultivation. Rumor has it that Perfected Feiqing dotes on this second disciple and has given him plenty of powerful magical artifacts, but unfortunately, he's utterly hopeless.

Qin Zhen has always been miserable. Why is it that no matter how hard he cultivates, he can never improve in the slightest? Everyone says his master dotes on him, but only he knows that his master is practically cold to the point of ignoring him.

Only when that person is reborn does he realize that he was nothing more than a substitute.

When that person returns, his master tells him that he's Qin Zhen's senior brother. So he is the long-absent first disciple of Perfected Feiqing. It isn't until Qin Zhen sees how his master treats his senior brother that he realizes his master isn't cold by nature, just cold toward him.

No matter how much he looks after his master, or how devotedly he cares for him, it can't compare to his senior brother saying, "Master, I'm back." Qin Zhen went down the mountain to slay demons and vanquish evil and build temples, hoping only that his master could receive offerings from the common people and earn enough merit sooner.

It turns out that all the touching moments he painstakingly built up here can't compare to the disappointment someone else has been piling up for him. Qin Zhen tosses aside his magical artifacts. Do whatever you want. I'm done playing along!
