This Dick Knows the Villain So Well (Western Crossover, Mainly DC)

A note before you start: My writing skills aren't up to this, and I can't keep going, sob. Batman is too hard to write. I'm trying to practice with shorter pieces on other platforms, but this story will probably stay as it is (I can't rule out writing more much later, but the chances are really quite small, orz).

Maybe some readers would like to keep it around, so I haven't locked it. But if you're worried about getting invested, please don't read it. I don't want to hurt your feelings.

Dick Grayson, Batman's first Robin, has memories of a peaceful world that no one else in this world possesses.

Whether an ordinary person who'd read DC comics in that peaceful world and was a bit of a Bruce and Jason fan transmigrated into Dick, or Dick simply gained some extra memories, he still hasn't figured out. But it doesn't matter.

Knowing the plot, he explores human nature amid Gotham's crimes and resolves to save the characters in this world from tragic fates.

He'll start by making alternate accounts and befriending the villains to figure out what they're thinking!

With his knack for charming people, he became everyone's beloved. But this world is full of misfortune, and to fend off the world's bad-ending timelines, he was forced to gallop down the path of villainy.

Still, Dick firmly believes he's just an honest, kind young man with a rough fate.

The author thinks maybe this novel should now be called The Villainous Career of Dick Grayson.

The general story includes:

1. Old Dreams of the Circus: Chapters 1-10

2. The Flying Robin: Chapters 11-38

3. The Story of the Talons: Ongoing

* The early story is about Dick, who knows the plot, changing it. The butterfly effect is enormous. Later on, there are multiple storylines where he is (unwillingly) corrupted and becomes a villain.

* The protagonist was transmigrated from birth and knows some of the DC plot. He grows throughout the story, and by the later chapters he's a sunny, handsome young man with strong values and high emotional intelligence (though his fate is far too rough, he really can grow into that kind of person!).

* The setting blends several versions of the universe. So far it includes the movie universe of Joker, the comics universe, elements inspired by Batman: The Dark Knight, and the TV series Gotham. Some details are based on comic storylines, with changes made to suit the plot. The butterfly effect becomes significant later on, so please don't nitpick.

* The pairing is undecided.

* The author writes out of love and is easily discouraged. I've put a lot of effort into this story. Please be gentle when pointing out flaws, or the author really will wilt.

* This is a self-indulgent story. Any plot that hasn't been written yet could change. The outline isn't finalized, and this section will be updated.

Theme: Save people from tragedy and fight crime.
