[I don't think I managed to make this satisfying, so I've abandoned it. Enter at your own risk. Feel free to give it a casual read.]
Huo Zi transmigrates into a novel as a cannon-fodder villainess. She can't do anything right, is the biggest troublemaker around, and has nothing but a pretty face. Though she was adopted by the Huo family, she wants a huge inheritance. In the end, she's kicked out with nothing and left to sleep on the streets.
Looking at the powerful people around her, she decides to keep a low profile and silently roast them in her head.
Recently, the Huo family has noticed that something seems off about Huo Zi. She spends all her money every day and is incredibly well-behaved. Then they see the bubbles of commentary above her head.
The eldest Huo brother gives Huo Zi a black card. She takes it coldly, seemingly not very pleased.
His gaze falls on the words above her head, which flash by: [The eldest Huo brother is so nice! He just gave me all this money without a second thought. I love this bargain-bin big brother so much.]
The eldest Huo brother: ...Is my little sister a tsundere?
The second Huo brother gives Huo Zi an autographed album. “I didn't know you liked listening to my songs so much.”
His smile hasn't even had time to settle on his face before a line of text flashes above Huo Zi's head: [This album could sell for at least five figures. I love it, I love it!]
The second Huo brother: ...No, I need to talk to Big Brother. We have to give Huo Zi more money. How can we let her get so broke she has to sell my albums to make a living?
The eldest Huo brother's son gives Huo Zi a cold look. “Stay away from me.”
He sees Huo Zi move a little farther away, and his expression improves slightly. Then he sees the commentary above her head.
[What an unlikeable brat. And after I changed his diapers before, too. But he was so cute when he was little. If I hadn't taken off his pants to check, I never would have believed he was a boy.]
The eldest Huo brother's son's lips twitch several times. Scowling, he walks up to Huo Zi himself. “What did you say? Are you running short of money lately?”
Huo Zi decides to lie flat and live like a couch potato, but the money in her account keeps growing. “Yay! My greatest dream is to eat, sleep, and wait for death!”
#The Huo family is still frantically sending Huo Zi money today, hoping she'll stop letting her imagination run wild#
Please add my upcoming novel next door to your reading list: [The Villain and the Male Lead's Mom Are Only Seventeen]
Blurb: Chou E transmigrates into a novel and becomes a mother to a group of pitiful children.
Pitiful Kid A will grow up to become the most ruthless villain in the book and build his own business empire.
For now, though, he's all alone, with no one to rely on, and is bullied and ostracized by his classmates.
Pitiful Kid B will grow up to become the head of his family, and no one will dare mention his illegitimate birth in his presence.
But right now, he's been tossed onto the side of the street like a piece of trash.
System: [They just have to call you “Mom” a few times, and you'll get a few red bills. So, Host, work hard at raising the kids.]
Chou E touches her face. “I can raise them, sure, but can you tell me why I look even younger than my sons, when I'm supposed to be their mother?”
A bug in the System means Chou E is not only the pitiful kids' mother, but also a high school student.
“Fine. I guess I can raise them like this.”
Chou E has no idea what the pitiful children she's raising will become. She simply follows the parenting manual and does her best to take care of her “precious sons.”
But things don't quite go as she'd expected. Her sons seem a little too devoted to her.
Chou E means to cook for her eldest son, but almost burns her hand.
Eldest son: [From now on, I'll do all the cooking.]
Chou E still wants to make an effort and heads for the kitchen, only to hear her eldest son call out helplessly, [Mom.]
Chou E sees a hundred yuan appear in her account and happily runs out of the kitchen. “Sure, you do it. As long as you think of me as your mom, you can do whatever you want.”
Chou E tries to secretly slip her scarf to her younger son, but he catches her in the act.
Her younger son takes off his gloves and gives them to her. [Your hands are frozen. Put these on.]
Chou E thinks she should take care of her frail younger son first and reaches to take off the gloves.
Her younger son's brows knit slightly, and his thin lips move. [Mom.]
More money appears in Chou E's account. “Sweetie, Mom's taking you to buy gloves right now!”
Both sons think they are Chou E's only child, until one day they hear each other call her “Mom.”
Before, their most important task had been taking care of Mom.
Now, their top priority is still taking care of Mom, followed by becoming her only son.
So when is that other eyesore going to get lost?
Theme: Strive to become the best version of yourself
I've served so many things that haven't been updated and I can't write about it. Why should I open it?
I don't quite understand. Is this different from copywriting?
You already know their names, but you still don't know they are brothers?
I thought I was going to put the wine and the glass in his mouth hahh
So this is a bad start?
