[The writing gets rough later on. Read at your own risk.] [Please add my upcoming novel, The Sickly Empress Is Still Taking It Easy Today, to your reading list~] The empire's lost heir has been found. They say that when the Duke found the heir, she was on a garbage planet, gambling away three... three expired nutrient drinks (?). After transmigrating from a meticulous office worker into a penniless beggar, Bai Chu wanted to dig a hole and bury herself so she could go back to being an office worker. But even the soil on the garbage planet stank, so she had no choice but to become... a meticulous beggar. After more than ten years as a beggar, Bai Chu finally saved enough to leave the garbage planet. Then the imperial duke showed up, and she became... the empire's heir. Bai Chu: "What?!" I can do this! No problem! Let me at it! Everyone in the empire knows that since returning to the palace, the heir has worked diligently, getting up at five every morning to study and going to bed at midnight. She's more conscientious than the previous heir, and even defeated the Federation's strongest fighter during a diplomatic summit. The whole internet is going wild with praise: Your Highness is amazing! Your Highness is invincible! - After Bai Chu returned to the palace, Duke Xie forced her to get up at five every morning and go to bed at midnight. In just a few days, she became a nationally protected species. After inexplicably defeating the Federation's strongest fighter, Bai Chu stood at the highest point of the imperial palace, sporting two enormous dark circles. Bai Chu: I'm tired! Let's just destroy everything! She looked down Damn! That's so high! Never mind, I'm scared again... The people of the empire noticed that the heir had changed. She now spent all day clacking away on an abacus. The duke had to pay for her to get up early, attend classes, stay up late, attend parliament, and visit the people. The people of the empire: "..." So... where did our hardworking, ambitious heir go? One day, Bai Chu was happily counting the ever-growing number of imperial credits in her account when a terrifyingly huge sum suddenly appeared in it. Memo: A crowdfunding campaign by the people of the empire to get the heir to marry the duke at the civil affairs bureau. The Federation's renowned God of War has had his mental power core destroyed. In tattered clothes and covered in blood, he kneels at Shi Li's feet, cold and fierce. According to the plot, ten years later the Federation's God of War will return for revenge. The Federation will occupy imperial territory, and the imperial nobility will become prisoners. System: "Host, please humiliate the prisoner to ensure the plot proceeds as planned." Ten years from now, the couch potato will have been dead for seven years. That has nothing to do with her. Shi Li: "Take him away." System: "Host is acting out of character. Punishment: attend one three-hour parliamentary session." Shi Li: "..." The couch potato painfully lifted her leg and rested it on the prisoner's shoulder. "Massage my legs." For generations, the Hexus family has been made up of warmongers.
