A Culinary Master Reincarnates as a Villainous Husband

The blurb, roughly: A gentle, unruffled husband who can cook all kinds of delicious food, gong, x a disabled, gloomy, tragic-but-beautiful prince with a possessive streak, shou. The shou's legs will eventually heal. Xie Ning wakes up to discover that he has transmigrated into a book, becoming the vicious male supporting character in a melodramatic danmei novel. The couple ultimately met a gruesome end. Xie Ning rubs his rumbling stomach and decides the original novel's gong and shou are far too bizarre. He'd rather stay out of their business and get back to his old line of work. From then on, the long-silent prince's residence is filled with the warm bustle of everyday life. The first time Gu Lan passes by the kitchen, Xie Ning makes a bowl of noodles with greens and shredded pork. The simple, mild aroma awakens Gu Lan's long-lost appetite. The second time Gu Lan passes by the kitchen, Xie Ning makes a bowl of chicken congee. Its rich, comforting fragrance soothes Gu Lan's gloomy mood. The third time Gu Lan passes by the kitchen... To Gu Lan, Xie Ning is a ray of sunlight glimpsed in the depths of an abyss, and from then on, he is determined to keep him by his side. Premise: Good food heals the heart
