The Cannon Fodder Female Lead Stops Pretending

Princess Anping spent her whole life chasing after a man who never loved her back. For his sake, she learned to be obedient, virtuous, gentle, and sweet, lowering herself into the dirt. He even tricked her into handing over her own dynasty, yet in the end she still couldn't compete with his beloved cousin, the one who had always held a special place in his heart. Her maid urged her to act more demurely if she wanted to win the man's favor. Princess Anping listened, then sneered. "And what makes him worthy of that?" No more pretending. Time to come clean. I was born headstrong and willful. I've never learned to be sweet and gentle. But one day, that spoiled little princess came to him in a rage and told him to beat up the pretty boy. For the first time, the young man in his fine clothes and on his spirited horse was at a loss for words. Looking at the little princess, he asked awkwardly, "If you don't like pretty boys anymore, would you consider giving me a chance?" Theme: Learn to be yourself
