On the Possibility of a Clichéd Storyline

First person. The author is sensitive, so please don't flame me. OOC warning. What would happen if you put a guy with something wrong with his head (heaven knows why I have so many sons with something wrong with their heads), who likes to fake being sick for sympathy, into an utterly ordinary, cliche story? Pairing undecided, possibly none. After all, the protagonist is a jerk. P.S. Also known as The Protagonist Stole My Pen :P Theme: Fun and laughter.
