Abyssal Male Gods: A Redemption Handbook

Zhou Zhujun clutched her younger brother's critical condition notice, then blinked and found herself ten years in the past.

In a dark alley lay a boy, pale as a sheet and so emaciated he was almost unrecognizable.

System: His name is Shen Shenchen. In the future, he might become a criminal and fall into the abyss, or he might choose the right path and live in the light. Will you save him?

Zhou Zhujun: What does that have to do with me? Send me back so I can bury my brother.

System: If he chooses the right path, he'll help drive major advances in the country's pharmaceutical industry and invent a medicine that can save your brother. Will you save him?

At that, the frail girl lifted the boy onto her back. Her voice trembled with the effort. "Shen Shenchen, don't die."

After that,

when he had nothing to eat, she secretly stuffed his desk with snacks.

When he wore too little, she made sure he won a year's worth of clothes for every season in a prize draw.

When he had no one to rely on, she put an arm around his shoulder and said, "You still have me."

From then on, whenever she wanted him to study, he came first and got perfect scores. When she wanted him to research medicine, he resolved to present her with countless groundbreaking pharmaceutical inventions that would astonish the world.

The son of a murderer, Shen Shenchen was gloomy and cold-blooded, and ruthless when he struck. Everyone avoided him like the plague.

He thought he would slowly rot away in the abyss, but then someone suddenly grabbed him and pulled him upward.

No matter how hard he tried to make her let go, he couldn't.

His blood began to warm again. He found himself wanting to wash away the filth on his body and meet her looking as clean as he could.
