The Tang Empress Is My Mother

After accidentally transmigrating to the Tang Dynasty, Li Zheng discovers that the first female emperor in history is his own mother. As a descendant of a family that has seen four emperors and two crown princes, he thought all he had to do was raise his mother's affection for him and he could do whatever he pleased. He never expected... Folk tales say Empress Wu had another son, a dragon-and-phoenix child born alongside Princess Taiping. He was deeply favored, but because he was frail, spent his youth roaming the jianghu, and later kept his distance from the court, he was never recorded in the historical accounts. Every record of Li Zheng in the history books was folded into the title Prince of Ying, and he was lost to the wheels of history. Li Zheng never imagined that he would transmigrate to the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and he readily accepts that the legendary female emperor of the ages is his mother. He has always believed that no one would truly choose to live as cruelly as the rumors say Wu Zetian did. This is a story about someone who never forgot his original intentions, and who, from beginning to end, only wanted to protect his family.

Theme: No matter when, never forget that blood ties run deep.
