When Tsuna was seventeen, someone tricked him into joining a mysterious organization calling itself the Supernatural Research Institute (SRI). After joining, Tsuna looked at all the minors there and seriously wondered whether he should report them to the police for employing underage workers.
Tsuna used to think the only person who could threaten the world's safety was a man named Byakuran. It wasn't until shortly before he turned eighteen, when he saw a giant monster fall from the sky, that he learned there were things even scarier than Byakuran in this world.
To protect the peace of Earth, Tsuna fuses with an Ultraman from the M78 Nebula who calls himself Cielo, and together they raise their fists to defend the peace of Earth and the universe and face every challenge!
