Saving the Saintly Immortal Venerable [Book Transmigration]

Zhizhi read a novel with a kind and righteous Immortal Venerable, a man as noble and untainted as the moon, honest and selfless, a model of the orthodox immortal cultivator. But to give the protagonists a formidable enemy, the force of the plot drove the Immortal Venerable through countless betrayals and schemes because of his own kindness and integrity. After losing everything, he finally descended into darkness, became the novel's ultimate boss, and was defeated by the protagonists. Zhizhi was furious over what happened to the Immortal Venerable. She cursed the author and the protagonists as idiots, and even spent that night furiously writing a twenty-thousand-word essay in his defense. But when she posted it online, she was mercilessly mocked by the protagonists' fans and the "as long as it's satisfying, it's right" crowd. To her surprise, Zhizhi woke up to find herself inside the novel, as an obscure passerby. Zhizhi: Aaaah! My righteous Immortal Venerable, wait for me! I'll save you! Zhizhi's plan to save the Immortal Venerable was to deliver justice from the heavens: reach him before he fell into despair and darkness, comfort him, let him experience the care of foolish humans, help clear up the misunderstandings, and steer him away from the plot's fatal trap. What Zhizhi didn't know was that the kind and pitiful Immortal Venerable she thought she had to save had been reborn. Little scene: Zhizhi: Don't ask me who I am. My name is Righteous Passerby Who Prefers Not to Reveal Her Identity! (Extends arm like Kangxi.) Zhizhi: Immortal Venerable, stand behind me! I'll protect you! Watching the girl, who trusted him without the slightest reservation, turn her back to him, the man who had crawled out of boundless hell smiled chillingly. "All right." (First draft of the blurb, to be revised.) Note added 2020/12/28 Theme: Protecting good people is everyone's responsibility!
