Li Bei pursed her lips. She still hadn't figured out what a mecha was, so why would she join the military?

"Forget it. I still have to find a way to earn money and support my family."

"If you can get in, room and board are covered, you'll have enough to eat, they'll provide all your clothes, inside and out, and most importantly, you'll get an allowance."

Li Bei: "...Why didn't you say so earlier?"

Mu Jiangli: "So you agree?"

Li Bei: "If you'd told me sooner, I would've agreed ages ago."

Mu Jiangli: "..."

"Oh, right." Li Bei suddenly remembered something and asked very seriously, "Does the military academy look after kids?"

Mu Jiangli: "Huh?"
