[This story only features Bungo Stray Dogs]
Shino Nara brought the exquisite pastries she had made with her own hands to Mr. Kunikida, who was working at his desk. Her eyes brimmed with anticipation, her manner gentle and ardent, as though she had fallen into the sweetest of romances.
"...There's no need to do this, Nara." Kunikida Doppo looked up, tearing himself away from his meticulous work. His voice was firm and resolute. "Saving you was my duty. And if you'll allow me to state my thoughts, the woman who fits my ideal is someone else."
It was just as she had expected. Shino Nara replied gently, "But I love you, sir."
At the time, the members of the Armed Detective Agency were watching the pair with barely concealed curiosity, occasionally whispering among themselves.
Someone said, "Kunikida's list of requirements for his ideal woman has dozens of items. Miss Shino might as well let him stay single for the rest of his life."
Later, when Shino Nara died in an accident, the steadfast idealist experienced a feeling unlike faith or conviction: the emptiness and pain of losing his soulmate.
.
Shino Nara possesses a unique sixth sense that lets her vaguely foresee the threads of her destined fate, as if she were a puppet confined to a fixed set of tracks.
But she has no choice. If she forcibly defies fate, she will lose many things she treasures dearly, and may even bring about the collapse of the world.
In different worlds, she always meets plenty of interesting people and encounters all kinds of fascinating events: sometimes warm, ordinary days; sometimes a passionate life straight out of a shonen manga; and sometimes a troubled future steeped in melancholy, like a grim anime.
And, in the end... a perfect performance of death.
When the time comes, she will leave this world, just as fate dictates. It cannot be resisted.
[Author's Note]
1. Originally planned as a crossover featuring a mixture of multiple worlds, this has been changed to a single-world Bungo Stray Dogs fanfic.
2. A warm, sweet story with angst.
Theme: Searching for the meaning of existence
It's really... A very sweet tragedy.
I don't know what words can be used to describe my feeling, like bitter and astringent apricots wrapped in thick syrup. When reading, it seems that every sentence depicts beauty, but if you taste it carefully, every sentence is mixed with unspeakable sadness.
Just like the title of this article, every death is a performance art. It has long been destined that this final stroke of writing is destined to end with an irreversible result.
The mood is very complicated. I feel sincerely happy for this path called the pursuit of happiness, which is mixed with bitter, spicy, sour and sweet. The sweet and sour love really has a hold on me. Maybe I just feel a little bit regretful that the love between two people who have already recognized and acted on their hearts has been forced to press the pause button and is a little bit reluctant to let go. But because of this reluctance, this article will leave a deep impression in my heart that cannot be forgotten.
My wife's writing style is really, really good. I haven't seen such expressions and narration for a long time! Delicate emotions seem to be integrated into the words. Just reading it will remind you of the feeling of passionate love. Come on, madam! ! !
It is obviously a very good article, but why are so few people reading it?
It's been more than two years. Where has Da Da gone? I've been waiting so hard for the King of Nets article. I've read it several times. I really like the friendship between Li Hai Da. Da Da wrote it very well. When can I return to finish it?
As the article next door is being updated, the update of this article is pending.
So, Dazai, Shino Na, goodbye, let's see each other once in a while.
I just recently read this very poignant book, but it has been more than two years... So, madam, you... Sigh
It feels a bit like Japanese comics, which is not bad!
