The Gun Devil had failed again. His broken body was no match for the powerful Control Devil. He failed to meet the president's terms and lost 300 million years of life, but somehow managed to cling to life.
He decided to challenge Makima again.
But before that...
I calmly opened my eyes and calmly accepted that, after living as an ordinary person for 30 years, I had suddenly awakened to my memories of being the Gun Devil.
I, Eiji Byodoin, male, 30, dependable office worker, currently employed under Ms. Makima in Special Division 4 of the Public Safety Devil Hunters.
I consider myself an ordinary person, more or less. The only unusual thing about me might be that I have a cocky, powerful, baby-faced childhood friend who's 190 centimeters tall. Despite having no parents, I've managed to live a smooth life up to the age of 30. I work hard overtime every day to earn my pension, and my greatest wish in life is to marry a cute wife, have a cute child, and die of old age.
One day, at the age of 30, I remembered that I was the Gun Devil. I should count as a Gun Fiend now, since that Control Devil blew up my true body once again.
A strange thing in my mind called [ ] made a contract with me:
"As long as you date a man, you can get pieces of your (Gun Devil) flesh!"
I feel bad for my future wife, but I can't beat the state. I have no choice if I want to make a living.
And so...
The Red King with the Sword of Damocles hanging over his head: ...
My strongest 190-centimeter baby-faced childhood friend: ...
My subordinate, the chainsaw dog from Special Division 4: ...
... (To be decided)
But dating is ultimately just a last resort. The truly reliable solution is fighting.
In this world where all kinds of superpowers run rampant, don't underestimate the power of heavy firearms!
I've made up my mind. My goal is to kill 100 Cursed Spirits and 100 Devils, restore my complete body, defeat Ms. Makima again, and claim 300 million years of life.
The male lead is the Gun Devil, a true nuclear-weapon-class firearm.
The timeline should be after the Gun Devil's defeat, so there's little chance of Aki appearing.
A crossover with modern worlds featuring powerful abilities, such as Jujutsu Kaisen, K, and Chainsaw Man. Weapon sources are inspired by Overwatch, Destiny 2, Borderlands, and more.
The male lead isn't a good person. He's currently still thinking about how to fight a war of attrition with guns.
Updates will be irregular.
