Ender's Game: The Supporting Character's Life

After transmigrating into a homeless child struggling to survive on the streets, Poco finds herself responsible for a bunch of little kids who are going hungry along with her. As for the pressure of her new identity as their leader, Poco thinks she can manage.

Her new life is full of discoveries and surprises. Alien insectoid forces are invading, there is a battle school in space, and the cleverest little kid around her will become the sidekick and close friend of this world's hero, the savior.

The surprise is that she will soon be killed off, after appearing in only three chapters.

Poco: Of course I don't want to be killed off! Since I'm here, I'm going to study at the space battle school with my little friends, and maybe get to see the savior's heroic bearing and brilliance!

Ender's life at battle school is dull and lonely, but he still works hard and applies himself. All he wants is to make his parents and sister proud.

He forms a reliable, capable team, and together they complete the most perfect "simulation game" ever.

But this perfect "simulation game" is actually a real war against the insectoids. The human warships, sacrificed without hesitation, obey his every command. He, who never wanted to hurt anyone, has destroyed an entire species and become an executioner.

Ender is in pain and feels lost.

Just then, Poco, the medical team member who has always been by his side, gently takes his hand. "Those soldiers traveled far from home, crossing star systems to die, and they held fast to their convictions. The insectoids, who colonized every corner of the universe, have faced the consequences they deserved..."

His tightly clenched heart loosens a little, and the air he could barely breathe seems easier to draw in.

Poco: Ender is so kind. I need to talk (brainwash) with him more.

Later, Ender and his sister have no choice but to travel among the various human settlement worlds, until he sees that figure he has thought about day and night once more, and fate brings them together again.

He will never let go of Poco's hand again.

Poco: I'm going to spirit the savior away and build a new home together.

2. Not based on the film version, but faithful to the original work. The Ender's Game series of books is the main inspiration. The story begins with Shadow, follows the original plot in the early stages, then breaks away from the original setting in the middle and later stages, before finally returning to the setting of Speaker for the Dead.

3. To fit the original timeline, the female lead and Ender, her romantic pairing, appear in the second volume.
