[Jujutsu Kaisen] Megumi Fushiguro's Work Diary

Fushiguro Megumi had only recently started working as a jujutsu sorcerer. It sounded incredibly cool, but his senior, Nanami, told him, "Jujutsu sorcerers are shit."

When Fushiguro first heard that, he didn't take it seriously.

It wasn't until he'd been on the job for a long time that he realized: damn, his senior was right. Jujutsu sorcerers really are shit.

The job came with an impossible amount of work and an annoying instructor (namely, Gojo Satoru), not to mention all sorts of strange (??) people and bizarre incidents.

Like paying the meal bill for someone who couldn't afford food, only to have them drag him off to become a pirate.

Or going to retrieve a cursed object, only to meet a high school student who'd eaten a thousand-year-old special-grade cursed object like a finger biscuit.

Or, out of kindness, rescuing someone who was trying to hang himself, only to be told by a bandaged detective that he'd ruined the man's refreshing suicide method.

Fushiguro Megumi kept getting mixed up with them for no apparent reason. Before long, he'd unlocked achievements like Pirate Moneybag, Kind Senior, and Temporary Detective Agency Member.

Fushiguro Megumi: "..." I'm exhausted. I don't want to deal with them.

Gojo Satoru: "Pffft, hahaha! Megumi, you've run into another weirdo."

P.S. What Fushiguro Megumi didn't know was that, because he was so good at his job, all those people would eventually try to poach him and talk him into leaving. But his reliable guardian, Gojo Satoru, turned them all down, using force.

But none of that was as infuriating as his arrogant guardian, who had white hair and loudly proclaimed himself the strongest. He clung to Fushiguro Megumi all day, his blue eyes practically glued to him.

Gojo Satoru: "Marry me, Megumi."

Fushiguro Megumi: "..." Jujutsu sorcerers really are shit! Do they have to arrange our marriages, too?!

Nanami: "No, I think you're the only one who's had to deal with this, Fushiguro. And you can report this sort of thing to the police."

Besides, this job offered neither social insurance nor a housing fund, and there was no guarantee of safety. Any day, you could spiral straight up into the afterlife.

But what could he do? He'd chosen this job, so he'd have to finish it even if he had to crawl.

P.S. Fushiguro Megumi is the central character. He'll travel to other worlds later.
