After Becoming the Obsessive Villain's White Moonlight Crush

Before his younger sister's college entrance exams, Meng Xigui confiscated her novel, The Empire's Alphas All Love Me. Curious, he spent the whole night reading it. The story was set in the interstellar age and followed the tumultuous, deeply angsty romance between a warm, healing angel of a heroine and a mentally unstable crown prince. A white moonlight named Meng Xigui, who shared his name, and a yandere named Xie Zhiyi stood between them. Xie Zhiyi fell for the heroine and went after every admirer around her. As for the heroine's white moonlight, Meng Xigui, Xie Zhiyi turned him from a mecha prodigy into a cripple. Evil was repaid in kind. In the end, Xie Zhiyi's family was brought to justice, and Xie Zhiyi himself was imprisoned, tortured, and killed. After finishing the book, Meng Xigui sighed that karma always comes around, then promptly fell asleep. When he opened his eyes again, a pretty, shy-looking girl stood in front of him. A System that had appeared out of nowhere whispered like a devil in his ear: "Congratulations, you've transmigrated into The Empire's Alphas All Love Me. The heroine is about to confess to you, while Xie Zhiyi is watching you from beneath the tree right behind you, wondering how to kill or cripple you. Your mission is to avert this crisis and set Xie Zhiyi straight, guiding him down the right path. And you must not go out of character, or you'll never get back!" The girl in front of him looked up, hesitant and faltering. "Meng... Meng Xigui, I like you." A chill swept up his back. Meng Xigui's scalp tingled, and his survival instincts kicked into overdrive! He immediately brought out his one-hundred-percent acting skills and replied gently but distantly, "Sorry, I like someone else." The angelic heroine was heartbroken, but still managed a warm smile. "Can you tell me who it is?" Meng Xigui paused, then spoke those three words with three hundred percent more adoration: "Xie Zhiyi."
