After Turning into a Little Sparrow, I Hooked Up with My Archrival

The Phoenix clan is facing a crisis and needs to borrow a family heirloom from their enemy, the Nine-Tailed Fox clan.

Nan Xin is honored with the task.

But the moment they meet, Nan Qiu turns into a little bird and lands in the other person's hand.

And that person just happens to be Nan Xin's former classmate, her true nemesis, and the newly appointed clan leader of the Nine-Tailed Fox clan.

Fake little bird Nan Xin: This is when I play dumb.

But instead of killing Nan Xin, the other person takes her in and raises her.

The little bird grows plumper and healthier by the day. Once she gets the heirloom, she'll flap her wings and leave

When they meet again, someone looks at her with a smile.

"I've come to find my little bird."

Nan Xin stares at the wrist held in their grasp and falls into thought.

Easygoing little Vermilion Bird x Black-Bellied Nine-Tailed Fox, in a modern cultivation setting
