No. 2 in This Life (Prince of Tennis Fanfic)

Beneath different skies, the same upward gaze.

Across different times and spaces, the same love.

In different bodies, the same feelings.

Different places and times, different bodies, but an unchanging love.

Regretful tears fall and soak my clothes, but true love can never be forgotten.

If only I could reclaim one night of those fleeting years, then what would it matter to die devoted to you?

I would give my whole life just to love you, devoted until death, with no one else in my heart.
