Hu Tianbao lives next door to a little drama queen.
The drama queen is called Xiang Xiaoman, the posthumous child of one of his father's comrades-in-arms. His parents died young, so he lives with his grandmother.
Born with a congenital deficiency, he's had poor eyesight since birth. He missed the best window for corrective treatment, so naturally, he should be a little blind boy.
Going by the usual script, you'd expect him to be sensitive and fragile.
But this little poor-sighted boy (Xiang Xiaoman refuses to admit he's blind, so he won't apply for a disability certificate) is lucky. His father had a good comrade-in-arms, and that comrade had a good son.
So whenever Xiang Xiaoman gets on his nerves, Hu Tianbao can only ask the heavens why.
