Riding the Moon Across the Wilderness

[Next story: The Laid-Back Big Shot A Is Forced to Make His Debut, laid-back top x taciturn bottom] [Reborn top x devoted bottom] ●The silly version: How do you win back your ex, your white moonlight, after you've completely offended him? Talk Yu Ye knows how. Take notes: make your presence felt, make your presence felt, make your presence felt! Feed him, play with him, soothe him to sleep, and spoil him until he acts like a giant baby. Worm your way into his life, until he can't do without you and every move hurts him to the core, like having his heart cut out. Tested and proven effective! ●The serious version: In his previous life, Tan Yuye was a player. He was always happy to date anyone who came along, but he was stingy with his feelings and never gave anyone a shred of genuine affection. To escape the clutches of his ex, he pursued the ice-cold beauty Yan Chengyue, and feelings quietly blossomed. Naturally, it didn't end well. That person became the white moonlight buried deep in his heart. Fate had it that eight years later, at the end of his life, this same person held him in his arms. Everyone said that Tan Yuye guarded Yan Chengyue as carefully as his own eyeballs, worrying about whether he was cold or hot and fretting over every little thing. Even Yan Chengyue himself thought Tan Yuye was taking too much care of him. As Tan Yuye listened, he took Yan Chengyue's cold hand and slowly rubbed it between his palms, lowering his head to breathe warm air over it until it warmed up. He didn't agree with Yan Chengyue's assessment. “Is that so?” “A-Yan is my precious treasure. He can't even get a scratch.” Tan Yuye chuckled, bent down to brush his lips across the other's pale fingertips, and looked up with a gaze overflowing with tenderness. Then he tapped his own heart. “My heart aches for you.” [Important] Short story. There's a dating reality show later on. The top has lots of exes who are just there for decoration. If it's not for you, quit while you're ahead. I'm fragile, so please go easy on me. The entertainment industry details are not based on reality; this is entirely fictional. Thesis: In the end, it's still the one that got away.
