Wu Zetian: A Life of Love and Power

I finished writing this essay a long time ago. I still remember it was one weekend in the second semester of my freshman year. I happened to come across Zhao Mei's Wu Zetian. Curious about historical figures since childhood, I opened the book. After reading it, I had a lot of thoughts, so I wrote this essay.

P.S. This essay is written solely in response to Zhao Mei's Wu Zetian, and represents only my opinion of this book.

Theme: The extraordinary life of an extraordinary woman.
