Green Luru is a little kid who has just started fifth grade. He often bullies people, taking advantage of his young age. One day, Green Luru has a long, vivid dream in which he discovers he has magic.
Green Luru is delighted, but then he realizes it wasn't a dream. The transformation bracelet the magical girl gave him is actually on his wrist.
