Author: No one reads this, but it's my absolute favorite book!!!
[Synopsis]
Ye Yingying takes part in a transformation show called One Hundred Days.
The transformation takes place on Mount Ziling in Jiangcheng. It's secluded and quiet, with no food delivery or package service. Even worse, it's a Taoist temple.
As soon as she arrives on Mount Ziling, a young Taoist comes to meet her.
The man is gifted and refined, as pure and bright as moonlight, with a cool, ascetic air about him.
"I am Taoist Kan Bingyang. I'll be in charge of your transformation program during your hundred days here."
Ye Yingying sits on her suitcase with a lollipop in her mouth and looks him up and down. "You're so handsome, yet you became a Taoist. Is something wrong with you in that department?"
Looking at the girl in front of him, with her alternative spiky hair, smoky makeup, and miniskirt, Kan Bingyang expressionlessly tosses her a gray, patched-up Taoist robe. "You have to wear this on Mount Ziling."
Ye Yingying: "..."
Faced with the boring mountain and an even more boring man, Ye Yingying wants to leave at every opportunity. But whenever she sneaks away, Kan Bingyang always catches her and brings her back.
He says coolly, "Try running away again, and you'll regret it."
After three months of being "tormented" by Taoist Kan, Ye Yingying finally manages to get used to the dull life at the temple. And, secretly, she falls for the taciturn man.
But Kan Bingyang says, "Women aren't what I'm seeking."
When filming ends, Ye Yingying takes his qin tassel and a scalpel with her.
Meanwhile, Kan Bingyang sits on Mount Ziling day after day, watching the sun rise and set, the mountain streams and stone springs. Aside from playing the qin, he spends all his time facing the temple.
His master asks, "The Way teaches stillness, non-action, and leaving the world behind to sit in oblivion. But your mind is elsewhere. Which is your true pursuit: the Way, or her?"
Kan Bingyang falls silent.
Years later, the One Hundred Days crew returns for a follow-up interview. A reporter asks Ye Yingying, "What was the greatest thing you gained from taking part in the show?"
Ye Yingying glances at the tall figure by the balcony window and smiles. "I brought him home."
A mischievous, troublesome girl versus a serious, handsome Taoist
Master and disciple. Anyone interested?
Both leads are virgins, happy ending, sweet romance. P.S. A Taoist this handsome must have another identity~
Note: Taoists are divided into the Quanzhen and Zhengyi schools. Taoists of the Zhengyi school don't leave the secular world, so they can marry and eat meat. They don't grow their hair or beards long, and look like ordinary people.
Theme: Embrace a life close to nature.
This article is really good. I didn't read much of Xianyan, so I followed it here.
It's not impossible (shame!) Female Goose! Auntie promised it for you! You have to thank me later!
The heroine is always the one who can't keep her composure, and the hero just relies on the heroine's love and his status as a master to suppress her, which is quite boring. The most touching thing is that the iceberg boils on its own initiative. Unfortunately, when I see this, the fire first burns the ice before reacting. If you rely entirely on other people's stimulation, the emotion that has always been a catalyst will not last long after it is gone.
"Even the gender is different" xswl
Mrs! When does the wind blow?!!
Madam, you are so late today! I'm not happy anymore!
It's like a ghost is watching me!
OMG! It's been a bit scary for two days hahahahahahahaha
Ouch, Ouch, hurry up and kiss me!
Ah, that's it, it's almost over. I haven't eaten the meat yet.
