The Abandoned Animal Shelter

Hao Lianyan keeps taking in the "animals" who have been abandoned for all kinds of reasons. He brings them together to form a special emergency services agency, helping people from all walks of life with all sorts of problems they can't talk about. Hao Lianyan's partner, Count D, runs an actual pet shop, though the pets in his store are a little unusual. At first, they lead a peaceful life, doing missions to earn money while watching their boss and his partner show off their affection. But one day, someone runs into an ex, and soon the others also find themselves entangled with their former partners at various times. Once they calm down and think it through, they realize these encounters all seem to stem from missions assigned by Hao Lianyan. But before anyone can confront their boss, they're all too busy being pestered by their exes. It would be mortifying for a bunch of people to start regretting their breakups. They're not house pets who can't survive without someone. Those who once chose to "abandon" them should stay away. They have their own friends and their "shopkeeper," and that's all they need. A modern setting with a mix of all kinds of chaotic elements. In short, a bunch of people with slightly overpowered combat skills team up to make money and get back at their exes along the way. A crossover featuring mostly classic anime, with a nostalgic feel. For example: Vampire Hunter, Pet Shop of Horrors, Prince of Tennis, Slam Dunk, Hunter x Hunter, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Bleach, GetBackers, Yuri on Ice... Theme: Love should never be betrayed
