I Didn't Mean to Build Infrastructure

Is it wonderful to be the younger sister of powerful people? Uchiha Nainai can tell you from personal experience: it absolutely is not!

When she became a red-eyed rabbit in the Warring States period, she had two wonderful older brothers. One had long, spiky black hair and a rebellious streak, yet was gentle with her.

The other was a smiling schemer with a little braid, but he was always genuine with her. They gave Uchiha Nainai the best of everything and made her feel how wonderful life could be.

With the world in turmoil, Uchiha Nainai had planned to laze around, but was forced to get to work: making paper, selling candy, building infrastructure, and putting her modern Chinese know-how to use.

Just when she was about to enjoy the fruits of victory, a sinister dark-haired fellow took her by surprise.

But that wasn't the end of it. When she came to again, she had become the youngest daughter of the Tsugikuni family. She had two excellent older brothers once more. Tsugikuni Iwakatsu was proud and dutiful, but softened a little around her.

Tsugikuni Yoriichi, known as the Child of God, was an absolute doting big brother, always warm and tender toward her.

Then the two of them went off to slay demons, abandoning the family business just like that, and Nainai had no choice but to step up and take charge.

The houses were small and ramshackle, the people gaunt and sallow. They called the place a city, but it was barely bigger than a village. Well, time to get moving and help rebuild it.

After rebuilding the place again, Nainai, who had died young because practicing Breathing Techniques shortened her life, could only give a fish-eyed stare.

Reborn once again, she felt utterly exhausted. But amid her parents' seemingly casual yet deeply loving warmth, and her sharp-tongued, brilliant brother's affection, not to mention her other brother, who had superpowers but only wanted to be ordinary and was willing to make an exception for her, Uchiha Nainai gradually opened her heart and experienced all kinds of happiness and tenderness, until everything shattered once more...
