My new novel, "What?! I Got Connected to the Dead During a Livestream," is open for follows! If you're interested, come check it out in my author page!
A sudden flood fifteen years ago caused the Yu and Ning families to raise each other's daughters.
After discovering the mix-up, the Yu family searched constantly for their biological daughter, but the flood had thrown everything into chaos, and they never found her.
Then, fifteen years later, Mrs. Yu met Ning Yue at a welfare home. She looked remarkably like her, and seemed to be performing some kind of spirit-summoning ritual.
Mrs. Yu: Is this my daughter? Is my daughter performing a spirit-summoning ritual?
Ning Yue didn't notice anything. After finishing her ritual, she was about to pack up and head home when a rich lady stopped her.
Her eyes lit up. A customer!
Ning Yue: What can I do for you, ma'am? I can help find people or things, and I'm good with careers and romance!
Mrs. Yu felt conflicted...
The Yu family had finally found their biological daughter. The people of Jiangcheng were waiting to see how this story of the real and fake heiresses would play out, but no one expected the Yu family's real heiress to be so weird and spaced-out, as if there were something wrong with her...
The first time Mrs. Yu met the Ning family, they said nervously, "We're... terribly sorry. Yueyue has always been interested in this sort of thing. We thought, well, it's what she likes, so we didn't stop her. We had no idea she was actually getting a good reputation for it. We're so sorry. If you don't like it, we'll keep raising her..."
Content note:
The real and fake heiresses get along.
Here's another one of my upcoming novels. Feel free to add it to your collection if you're interested!
"What?! I Got Connected to the Dead During a Livestream"
Lu Yuan is an obscure female streamer. Ever since losing her job, she's been making a little rent money by livestreaming chats every day.
Her streams aren't limited to chatting with her viewers. She also connects with people to sing together. She'd been getting by just fine, until her calls started connecting her with some very strange people.
The guy from the day before yesterday said someone had thrown him in a lake. Yesterday's guy said he'd been walled up alive. Today's woman said she'd been put in a freezer...
Lu Yuan: "Are you all making up horror stories or what?!"
Then, three days later, while out for a morning run, she saw the police surrounding the artificial lake next door. It was the very same lake the guy had mentioned...
Lu Yuan felt uneasy.
It seemed her livestream could connect her to some seriously unusual people.
*
Lu Yuan would never forget that day. Sitting up straight at the police station, she watched a kind-faced officer hand her one document after another.
"Sign these, and you can join us through our special-talent recruitment program as an affiliated staff member, with five types of social insurance and two types of housing benefits."
Lu Yuan rubbed her fingers together and ventured, "Can I get a permanent position, too?"
Theme: A harmonious family helps people grow.
It's pretty good at the beginning but the ending sucks
I thought there would be a story between Wu Xia and my sister. Wasn't the chapter about the first meeting and marriage being foreshadowing? In the end, I didn't write anything.
I hope that my wife will make greater progress in the next book. The story of this book is well told and the characters are interesting. However, the ending was a little rushed. The story of the aristocratic family at the end of the text was vague. It would be much better to finish it slowly with more than ten chapters.
It's good to watch, but the ending is a bit inexplicable. A lot of foreshadowing was not used before, and the male protagonist's sense of existence is basically zero. Keep working hard and try to write a longer novel, and also write about the supporting characters in the story.
It's not right, it's still wrong. It was clearly foreshadowed at the beginning. Yu's mother asked Ning Yue to tell fortunes, saying that Yu Guan Xia's destined person is right next to her. Isn't that Yu Guan Xia? Why don't you have a love line?
It's true that the second half was too rushed. I can feel that the author has a lot of points but he didn't take them into account. Various events can be analyzed through the gaps to figure out what happened. I hope the next book will be better.
It feels like it's over just as it begins
Woooooooooh, good guy, I failed to buy stocks again. Woooooooooooooooo. Why is the love line not Ning Wen!! Ning Wen vs Ning Yue, Yu Guan Xia vs Yu Guan Xia are so good!!!!!
Looks good! It's just too short and I still have more to say. I really want to see if Xia Guan, the two brothers, Brother Du and Sister Li are together.
Although it is not detailed enough, the author's original intention is still good. Life should be ordinary, some happy, some unhappy but not too much. If ordinary people don't do anything, most of them can live their lives safely and smoothly. It may be the top, or it may be like sleeping in autumn, which is quite good.
I especially like the peaceful and peaceful setting of True and False Daughter. This is how it should be normally. There is no need for the few who are extremely neurotic to take it out and enlarge it over and over again.
That's good
