A series of heartwarming short stories, each with a different pair of leads.

Did you know? Every person who gives off the aura of death attracts demons that feed on death.

They circle you like vultures hovering over wounded, dying animals.

They wait for the person giving off that aura to die, then feed on the immense energy released by the dead.

You're giving off the aura of death, and a demon has its eye on you.

You don't know you're giving off that aura.

You just know you've been feeling miserable lately.

But it's all right.

Everyone has a guardian deity by their side.

It will bring someone to save you.

XX is a poor little demon. The people giving off the aura of death whom she's been watching lately

always end up having that aura mysteriously disappear and getting healed.

She's like a little dog waiting for food, only to come up empty every time.

Life is hard, even demons have to sigh.

She watches her prey so carefully every time, yet still ends up going hungry.
