Thirty Years as an Insect

[Thanks for waiting, my dears! Updates will drop irregularly, usually at six in the morning. If there's no update at six, there won't be one that day. (Posted 2023/11/1)] [The author is a ruthless reviser. The only official version is on Jinjiang.] [My next novel is The Counterfeit, a showbiz story about chasing a lover after losing him. If you're interested, please add it to your collection.] In countless stories about the Zerg, native male Zerg have always appeared as villains. Transmigrated male Zerg have SSS-level mental power, astonishing bloodlines, and care for their female spouses, standing up for female Zerg. But what do native male Zerg have to offer? Beating female Zerg? Cruelty? Getting something for nothing? Are they the dregs of Zerg society? The author will take you into the lives of four native male Zerg and let you experience their everyday lives. *Stories about native male Zerg, told in an attacking-protagonist anthology format. The stories take place on female-dominant and male-dominant planets, with frail attackers, doted-on attackers, and no gender equality. [Story One: Reed Wolf (Male-Dominant Region)] Keywords: Married first, love later; levelheaded and aloof; lazy male Zerg attacker x gentle and considerate major general recipient Reed Wolf is a lazy male Zerg, an orphan with disabled legs. After getting married, his legs were healed, but he still likes using a wheelchair because he's used to it and can't be bothered to walk. His greatest pleasure each day is eating and drinking, growing vegetables, and tending flowers. A homebody, he has no interest in beating female Zerg, and even less interest in his spouse's career. Whatever documents his spouse asks him to sign, he signs. So, to outsiders, he seems like a fine male spouse who respects and supports his spouse's career. In truth, he only signed the approval form because his spouse's taro-mash cakes were delicious. [Story Two: Spint Green (Female-Dominant Region -> Male-Dominant Region)] Keywords: The attacker dies, the recipient goes mad; happy prince; bionic male Zerg attacker x obsessive, unstable scientist recipient Spint Green, serial number SPT0314, is an S-class bionic male Zerg and the proudest masterpiece of Erwin Ludwig, the Empire's greatest genius. He likes reading in quiet places, and drinking hot chocolate and coffee. He likes rainy and snowy days, but because of his poor health, his spouse has strictly forbidden him from getting rained on or playing in the snow. He likes happy emotions and dislikes sadness. Perhaps because he's still not used to his bionic body, Spint Green has inexplicably acquired a debuff that makes him very prone to getting hurt. He accepts this calmly, only shaking his head with a smile and saying he's too clumsy. Whenever Spint starts tinkering with something, his spouse hurries over, anxiously checking whether he's hurt, then tells him to stay out of the way and leave everything to him. Sometimes, when Spint accidentally gets injured, his spouse carefully applies medicine, then kisses the skin around the wound with frustrated, furious tenderness, regretting that he didn't protect him properly. Good-natured Spint is the one who ends up comforting his spouse. Theme: Perseverance
