At some point, Jin Cheng started noticing that things around the house kept mysteriously disappearing. Snacks, toiletries, all sorts of things, even though he was sure he hadn’t eaten or used that much.

So Jin Cheng secretly installed cameras at home, rubbing his hands together as he prepared to teach the brazen little thief a lesson. But when he saw the footage, the smirk froze on his face.

He stared at the familiar-looking little person in the recording, barely twenty centimeters tall, and his eyes widened in shock.

Holy crap, the doll came to life?!

Chacha was a custom-made doll who had secretly come to life. She had always worked hard to act like an ordinary doll, terrified of being discovered.

But ever since she was given to Jin Cheng as a birthday present, she no longer had to worry about that. Her quality of life shot straight up. He was the only one living in the enormous villa, so as long as she was careful, there was no way she’d be found out.

So every day, she ate and drank to her heart’s content, enjoying delicious snacks and sugary soda, sleeping in a soft bed, and living a blissful life of indulgence.

Until one day, the moment she opened her eyes, she found his handsome face looming right in front of her...

Scene 1:

After Jin Cheng discovered the doll’s little secret, he was a little scared, but couldn’t stop sneaking glances at her on the camera feed.

The tiny doll hugged a potato chip bigger than her face and crunched away happily, occasionally taking a sip of iced cola from a bottle cap.

Jin Cheng kept a blank face, but inside he thought:

Scene 2:

One day, Chacha found out he was going to a gathering with his buddies and eagerly said she wanted to come along and see the world.

Jin Cheng refused without hesitation.

As if he, a grown man, would go around carrying a doll!

But when he saw her pleading eyes, his face full of reluctance, the words that came out of his mouth were, “Fine.”

The moment Jin Cheng, looking utterly resigned, walked into the private room with Chacha dressed up beautifully, the noisy room fell silent. Not a sound could be heard.

A moment later, everyone went wild:

“Holy crap! Cheng, you’re such a girl at heart?!”

Jin Cheng was furious and opened his mouth to curse. “You damn...”

Then he remembered the little person in his arms, and the swear word on his lips took a detour. He said awkwardly,

“Shut up. I... ahem, I want to.”

“And don’t swear in front of me.”

The crowd of onlookers: “...?”
