After I Mistook My Betrothal Partner

Also known as I Ran Away After Courting the Wrong Big Shot

After Xin Ning’s boyfriend cheated on her, she decided to turn to her arranged-marriage partner to save her family’s business.

But she misheard and thought the second young master of the Shang family was the Second Master of the Shang family.

After Xin Ning used every trick she had to win over the Shang family’s Second Master, she realized she’d gotten involved with someone she shouldn’t have.

So she made a clean break, packed her bags, and fled in the middle of the night.

Who knew the big shot would be such a hopeless romantic and insist that he wanted no one but her?

So she ran, he chased, he caught her, and she couldn’t get out of bed for days.

Five-year age gap. All sweetness.

My upcoming story Unruly is open for follows.

Tang Zhinian is the daughter of the Yu family’s housekeeper. The master’s home is like a maze, and she moves into the mansion with her mother.

On her very first day there, Tang Zhinian sees the young master playing basketball in the backyard.

Yu Shen is seventeen, in the prime of his youth, with an irresistibly handsome face.

Not long after, Tang Zhinian becomes Yu Shen’s personal little housekeeper.

Tang Zhinian does the homework Yu Shen doesn’t want to write.

She turns down love letters Yu Shen can’t be bothered to reject.

When Yu Shen wants dessert from a shop more than ten kilometers away, Tang Zhinian braves the pouring rain to buy it for him.

She works diligently as his little housekeeper for a full year and saves up quite a bit of money.

One night before the college entrance exam, Yu Shen tells Tang Zhinian to work hard and get into the same famous university as him.

Tang Zhinian cheerfully says, “Sure, sure, sure.”

On the first day of university, Tang Zhinian silently packs her bags and heads to the school farthest away from Yu Shen, clear across the country.

But no one knows that the day before school started, Tang Zhinian had not only been kissed by Yu Shen, but also...

They meet again seven years later.

Tang Zhinian leaves her job and applies to be an executive assistant at a company, where she runs into Yu Shen.

Yu Shen is the company’s CEO.
