[I've talked it over with my editor, and I'm planning to go premium on January 27. After that, updates will be daily or every other day. There'll be a 10,000-character chapter on launch day. I hope you'll like it qwq]
[Also, here's a plug for my other upcoming novel, "How Is a Science Nerd Supposed to Become a Literary Master?" It's about a top student who's bad at the humanities writing novels in the Bungo Stray Dogs world (and doing science?). If you're interested, please add it to your favorites! The blurb is at the end.]

Before his death at the age of 33, Atsushi had everything arranged. Looking back on his life, he felt he had no regrets.
He used to think he was timid and insecure, but with encouragement from countless people, he finally chose to make peace with himself.
He was grateful to everyone who had been part of his life. If he had the chance, he hoped he could do something for them.
But Atsushi never imagined that--
-
System: Hey, Atsushi? You there? Here's your chance! Would you mind looking after your teacher/colleague/rival?
Nakajima Atsushi: ?
-
[If Boss Dazai is now online...]
[If Akutagawa is now online...]
[If Black Detective is now online...]
-
And so, even after his death, Nakajima Atsushi couldn't escape his fate as an office worker. He was forced to raise kids xd
-
Reader's guide:
1. A heavily altered, mature future Atsushi. OOC warning √
2. Different worlds, different kids, no connection between them. Lots of personal headcanons. Some characters won't appear in the story and will only show up in flashbacks; they haven't simply been written out, and this will be explained later. The relationships are platonic and familial. Four worlds, four characters.
3. The author has self-diagnosed logic autism and is an OOC fiend. The plot is a slow burn, the writing is at an elementary school level, and it has plenty of flaws. The characters have all been significantly altered and differ from their original timelines.
Please read with care √
Upcoming novel blurb
"How Is a Science Nerd Supposed to Become a Literary Master?"
One day, Takeshita Shusuke got hit by a car.
According to the light-novel logic that getting hit by a car means you must transmigrate, Takeshita Shusuke was swept along by the trend and bound to a Literary Master System.
The Literary Master System explained that this was a world where literary masters were ability users, and asked Takeshita Shusuke if he wanted to write a book and get himself an ability.
Takeshita: I don't know how to write. Would an SCI paper work?
System: I said literature, not experiments!
Takeshita: What about ten SCI papers?
System: I bow before you, great one.
-
After transmigrating, Takeshita set out to write a normal novel at the System's insistence, hoping to get an ability to protect himself.
Three months passed with no inspiration. Then Takeshita saw a big shot driving up a wall, completely ignoring gravity.
In that instant, he felt he could write another ten SCI papers. Overturning Newton's laws was no longer a dream.
He rushed over and said earnestly, "Excuse me, may I write an SCI paper about you?"
Chuuya: ?
-
Later, Takeshita met the person he loved. Looking nervous, his gaze shifting about, he asked cautiously:
"May I put your name in the acknowledgments of my paper?"
-
[I want to put your name in the acknowledgments of my paper, so your name will always be mentioned alongside mine.]
-
*SCI stands for Science Citation Index. This is just a joke and doesn't really have anything to do with SCI. It's just for fun.
Theme: Everyone is different. You don't need to be afraid of being judged just to exist in this world. Everyone is their own reason and meaning for living.
It turned out that Dazai played Sangetsuki... As expected of you, letting your disciples support you is this Yokohama version of raising children to protect yourself in old age!
Ah, Lord Ranpo finally married his beloved red bean rice cake!
Red bean rice cake... What happened in the end(?)
Thank you for the invitation, author, gentlemen, I want to see the people in the Shura field, I want to see Dunjun's multi-line crossing of the case, Amen.
This is Taitunahhhhhhhhhhh!
How can I put it this way? I was really moved again. The gentle story of Atsushi and the people around him is really heartwarming. Wow. Wow. The writing is so good.
Um... So the extra story about raising four people but not killing the leader has been disqualified from the world? [Eat melon]
This book is really to my liking. Fortunately, I saw it. Why are there so few collections? Damn it!
Hahaha, Oda, your daughter is getting married, are you happy?
Warmth, happiness, and fulfillment - after reading it, I feel that everyone has grown up! You have become an excellent adult! Thank you for your hard work
