This journey begins on a whim with a confused young man in his twenties who feels he hasn’t accomplished anything in life. They drive across the entire country, meeting a group of equally lost young people along the way. They experience all the flavors of life and see every facet of ordinary society. The farewells and reunions along the journey remind each of them of their own growing pains. In the end, love and hate alike are left behind on the long road. When you’re 25 and feel you’ve accomplished nothing, step out of life’s confines and see the world. Setting out is a struggle, but the trip home feels light and carefree, and that’s when you realize how beautiful life is.
