Miss Chuuya Is Still Immersed in Her Work Today

For Miss Zhongya, an ordinary day starts like this:

Wake up in the morning, start working.

Finish breakfast, start working.

Finish lunch, start working.

Finish her afternoon nap, start working.

Finish dinner, and start working again.

Miss Zhongya is already 99 percent married to her job. Every now and then, she lights a cigarette and wonders what she might do if she stopped working.

Her conclusion is that she might as well revise one more document.

When her family and friends learned about this routine and her idea, they were horrified:

"Damn this job! What has it done to our little Tangerine?!"

So they came up with all kinds of plans to get Miss Zhongya to cut ties with work, such as...

The first volunteer tries to find a quality young man, only to find a triple-faced undercover agent from the neighboring organization.

The second volunteer transforms into a French mosquito, chattering temptingly in her ear about going on a picnic, only to run into a weird fox shikigami who tries to poach her on the spot, leaving the volunteer utterly broken.

The third volunteer decides that today is as good a day as any and drags Miss Zhongya off to the amusement park to elope, only to run into a silver-haired assassin coolly riding a roller coaster.

Some time later

Good news:

Miss Zhongya has finally stopped burying herself in work all the time!

Bad news:

Miss Zhongya has a boyfriend.

Genderbent Zhongya, pairing undecided, not Dazai

My take on the IF timeline, with the boss as Zhongya
