[JoJo's Bizarre Adventure] After I Fell Ill, Josuke Fell in Love with Me

You're an ordinary high school student at Budogaoka High in Morioh, until one day your doctor tells you that you won't live to see sixteen.

So you decide to spend the last stretch of your life winning over the person you like!

You: Josuke Higashikata, that's right, you! Hurry up and say those last words you dedicated to me again.

Josuke Higashikata: There's nothing more to say. How could you possibly die while I'm here?

Dumb Author: This is a sweet romance, no doubt about it.

The characters are out of character, the writing is at an elementary-school level, and the plot is a mess. I've said all there is to say, so you'd better leave me a comment, or I'll get down on my knees and beg you.
