A Dragon's Reverse Scale [The Legend of Qin]

This novel's not-so-serious blurb: One day, Qin Shi Huang received a prophecy in a dream: a son in the state of Qi would help him survive his fated death (you know, the famous carriage and salted fish). So he brought Li Ji, the most beautiful woman in Qi, back to Qin and made her Consort Li. Qin Shi Huang knew the child was in Li Ji's womb. He never took her to bed, but simply kept the great beauty Li Ji well cared for... P.S.: 1. Reposting an old, completed story. Feel free to jump in without worry. 2. This is a work inspired by my lingering feelings about The Legend of Qin. It has just one purpose: Go, Zheng-ge, conquer the land! Although Zheng-ge is only a background character (not really!). 3. It'll probably end after about fifty chapters, or two hundred thousand words (happy ending, all my favorite couples deserve a blissful wedding). After all, the Cang Hai arc was cut short. 4. I love The Legend of Qin, but I'll take some liberties and incorporate history and my own imagination. As for the romance, Qin Shi Huang was a workaholic who had no interest in his harem. After becoming obsessed with raising a child, he was even less interested in taking any of his consorts to bed. In this story, Qin Shi Huang has no daughters, only three sons: Fusu, Hu Hai, and Fu Che. Their ages are also set a little younger. For example, when Qin unifies the realm in 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang is assumed to be thirty (historically, he was thirty-nine), and Fu Che (Tianming) is eight. 5. Content warning: This is a historical fantasy about immortal cultivation (not really). Tianming is a young dragon from the cultivation world who transmigrated here. He has dragon and human forms, each with both child and adult versions, and is a bit of a wish-fulfillment character. Theme: Love never has a bad ending.
